Return & Exchange Eligibility
Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive all items.
Return Shipping Policy
For customers in the United States, we offer free returns and exchanges.
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for all return types, including exchanges and refunds.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale items discounted by 30% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on all panties, boxed items, or any altered merchandise.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Singapore, Japan
How to Submit a Return Request

Return Instructions
- Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
- Used, damaged, or materially different items may only be partially refunded or not refunded at all.
- If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label along with instructions for returning your package.
Return Process
- Step 1: Submit a return request with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Step 2: Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to our return facility.
- Step 3: Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
About Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.
